Our 1803 Cheese Knife has a small cleaver style blade set into a solid piece of red deer antler.

Blade depth: 2.5cm
Antler handle length: Handles vary as we use the tines (pointed ends) of the antler which create an impressive and organic design. Generally thee handles vary from 11cm – 16cm in length. Some handles have a square end, however we do try to keep the natural antler form where possible.
