1803 Cheese Knife
Our hand-forged carbon steel cheese knife has a small cleaver style blade that is set in a piece of red deer antler then finished with a small brass nail. It is good to use with your befores. Hard cheese, soft cheese, salumi, charcuteries, that sort of thing.
